From railway life to company culture

SNCF wanted to transform itself to face European competition. To do this, it needed to create a new brand platform, which required the input from hundreds of the company’s communicators and marketers.

SNCF therefore asked Royalties to help them to construct a programme to explain to the collaborators how to follow a single brand strategy. Through the creation and vitalisation of brand workshops, we installed a new brand culture to the company, which we call Brand Induction: the art of fun education.
