Yes, the World, too, is a market: France has commercial and business offers; France is indeed a brand - but only looks upon this quality tentatively, as if she were embarrassed to use it to her advantage. This secular way of thinking can be as ridiculous as its alternative...
France, the brand, will be formed from the strength of its future regions economic, educational and cultural partnerships.
Could the region Alsace-Champagne-Lorraine-Ardenne one day represent something as powerful as France? Perhaps, if it only had a real name - an indeed a democratic way of obtaining it.
