The digital shopping centre of the Hauts-de-Seine 

Nowadays, with a change in shopping habits, real estate firms and department stores are forced to improve their customer service. Altarea Cogedim identified the challenge and as a result created Qwartz 92, a high-end shopping centre, covering 86,000 m2 in surface area, mixing the real with the virtual in Villeneuve-la-Garenne. The challenge- to create an innovative experience for their customers, resulting in an interactive mall which pleased their retailers.

A place to visit, live and honour- by creating the identity of a new generation of shopping centres, established around fluidity and digital art, Qwartz capitalizes on the leisure aspect of shopping, overcoming the boundaries between markets and leisure spaces.
