The socially connected shopping mall

With expertise in both the construction of shopping centres and high-end real estate promotion, Altarea-Cogedim were looking to create a top-of-the-range 86000m2 shopping centre in collaboration with the town council.  Royalties were given the task of creating an intriguing identity for the project that would help the development become a new meeting, living and socialising space for the public. To do this, Royalties created a brand from scratch, crafting the name and entire visual identity for a new type of commercial zone, crossing shopping with attractions for all the family.
